First Impressions Really Do Count

The old reception at Down Hall Hotel & Spa did not do justice to the grandeur of its interior.

Our brief was to refurbish the reception in a manner that continued the expectations of guests arriving in front of the historic building. The new reception is more in keeping with its stately surroundings and has received lots of favourable comments by guests and staff alike. We think this before and after shot says it all.
